Features:

• Display a HTML document using HTMLRenderingLib.
  You need HTMLRenderingLib rel. 1.0.4f3 ( I found it on MAC-OS 9.1).
  
• Local HTML page in a Window.
  If the user click in an external link, the default browser will be launched in order to display the page.
• You can inhibit the launch of the browser, and the plugin calls two methods in case of error and everytime a link is opened so You can handle a History features.
• Display an HTML text from a String variable.
• Display an HTML text from a blob variable (4D rel.1.03).
